The Brisbane Produce Market conducts Market Tours for schools participating in the QKFN program. On this unique field trip, open to students in yrs 2-12, students learn about the history of the Brisbane Markets, the central Market system, how fresh produce gets from the ‘farm to plate’, and the variety of different fruit and vegetables available in the market. Tours, to a certain extent, can be tailored to the learning needs of the class group.

In order for the students to gain the most from this unique experience, tours are encouraged, but not restricted to commence at 7:30am. This will allow the student to see the Brisbane Produce Market while it is busy.
