Brisbane Markets is the naming rights sponsor of the Brisbane Markets Agricultural Hall at the RNA Show, better known as the Ekka. Each year it stages an interactive, fun and educational cooking classes for children that are held four times a day during the 10-day event.

Held as part of Queensland Primary Industries Week, this event takes place each year. The day features presentations and displays from a variety of Primary Industry groups, which aim at educating city children on the importance and relevance of primary industries to Queensland.

The QKFN team attends the Rural Discovery Day each year as well as the Agricultural Education days at the Toowoomba and Beaudesert Shows.

Brisbane Markets Limited has developed a song and dance troupe to perform at relevant children's events. The F & V Gang(tm) Dance Troup, comprising five performers representing F & V Gang(tm) member perform songs such as the specially written "We're the Fruit and Vege Gang", to encourage healthy and active lifestyles for children.
