Oscar Orange™ was created in 1998 by Anne Robson, an eight-year-old student from Queens Park in Sydney.
Oscar Orange is the type of character that has good intentions that always go wrong. He loves all sports especially rugby and swimming and one day would like to be a Doctor.
He represents the children that try hard but are easily side tracked when something more exciting comes along. He likes to tease both Tamara and Summa but is always ready to defend and protect his friends when they are in trouble.
Oscar loves to wear his green and gold tracksuit and enjoys watching our althetes representing Australia. |

Tamara Tomato™ was created in 1998 by Holly Masurkun, a nine year-old student from Kogarah, in Sydney.
Tamara Tomato™ is the tomboy of the ‘F & V Gang’™. She has a rough and ready personality, is very intelligent and loves all sports especially roller skating.

Captain Capsicum™ was created in 1998 by Daniel Kydd, an eight-year-old student from the northern beaches.
Captain Capsicum™ represents every child’s hero and is the superman of fresh fruit and vegetables.
He is green in appearance and has a red cape with red Flash Gordon boots.
Captain Capsicum™ settles disputes, solves problems and is a best friend to all. He is cool, spunky and loves to play cricket and soccer. |

Megabite Apple™ is the brainy member of the ‘F & V Gang’™. His character slightly resembles the computer nerd and represents those students who dream of going to university.
Megabite Apple was created in 1998 by Laura Dawson, a ten year-old student from Loftus, Sydney.
He spends most of his time surfing the net, helping people with their computer problems and loves inventing new games for other children to try.
He is green with a pink blush and resembles a granny smith apple in appearance. |

Summa Strawberry™ was created in 1998 by Joy Coombes, a six year-old student from Mayfield, near Newcastle.
Summa Strawberry™ loves to flirt, has a very happy personality, loves picnicking and surfing and would like to be a famous actress one-day.
She has a vivacious and bubbly personality and usually dances everywhere instead of walking. |

Bazza Banana
Bazza Banana™ was created in 2004 by Kirstie Kelly, a ten year-old student from Orangeville, near The Oaks, NSW.
Bazza Banana's favourite sport is skateboarding, he also likes to sky dive and freestyle motorcross.
Bazza Banana can often be seen with his skateboard and some people might describe his hobbies as a little extreme, but he is very cool and he wears sunglasses and cool jeans. Bazza Banana is very friendly and very sporty, so much so that when he grows up he wants to be an Extreme Sports Host. |
